On January 7, 2018, the Chinese Embassy in Russia held the Spring Festival gathering of 2018 for students in Russia. About 500 Chinese students from various parts of Russia gathered in the embassy to welcome the new year. The martial arts “Kung Fu Family” and the Latin dance “I just wanna dance” compiled by our students at Russia National Sports University were warmly welcomed by the audience and brought the atmosphere of the evening party to a climax.

Li Hui, the Chinese ambassador to Russia delivered a speech, hoping that students should remember the party and the state's entrustment, further strengthen the patriotism of the motherland and the pursuit of progress, and never forget the first heart. They are supposed to forge ahead, and try to be the builder of China and Russia's friendly cause, and active participant and contributor to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The students also indicated that they will live up to their expectations, study hard and strive for an early return to China.

Under the guidance of our international development strategy, our school has developed rapidly in international cooperation and exchanges. At present, more than 20 students in the school of physical education have been chosen to study in Russia National Sports University, Moscow State University or other colleges and universities for doctoral and master's degrees, or participate in exchange programs. Many teachers and students in Russia also exchange or study for a master's degree in our school, showing good prospects for development.
