The postdoctoral research mobile station of physical education in Henan University was approved in 2012. In 2013, it officially recruited postdoctoral students. There are 5 postdoctoral supervisors of the postdoctoral mobile station, including 1 experts from the discipline planning review group of National Social Science Fund , 1 professor from the province and 3 National referees. Besides, there are 2 academic leaders from the provincial education department. So far, 12 postdoctoral students have been recruited and 2 are out of the station. The postdoctoral research mobile station of physical education is based on the school of physical education of Henan University. And it actively carries out the guidelines of the two-tier management departments of the state and Henan province, deeply implements the policy of the school personnel department, and lays a “green channel” for the training, use, and flow of high-level sports specialized technical personnel. The postdoctoral research mobile station of physical education closely focuses on the construction of two main lines, namely the core topics of the national sports development and the improvement of scientific research atmosphere. Furthermore, postdoctoral students can produce more results, good results during the period of the station, regarding good academic benefits and social benefits as the main target. In the course of several years of development, the postdoctoral degree of physical education in Henan University has made outstanding contributions to the national economic construction and social development with the increasing scale, the improvement of quality and the management system, the achievements in personnel training and scientific research.
