On May 5th, 2018, the undergraduate evaluation and assessment work meeting for Physical Education majors of colleges and universities in Henan Province was held in the electrical classroom of the School of Physical Education in Minglun campus. The meeting was attended by Chairman Yang Jun, Vice Chairman Lin Keming, He Xianguo, Zhou Minghua, Xiao Feng, Qian Wenjun, Yu Daoming, Vice Chairman and Secretary General Zhang Dachao and all members of the Teaching Guidance Committee of Physical Education of the General Colleges and Universities of Henan Province. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Dachao.

Yang Jun first delivered the welcome speech and then introduced the significance of the professional evaluation and the basic principles and requirements of the evaluation and assessment, emphasized the need to clear the tasks, actively carried out various work, strengthened self-construction, and continuously improved the work quality of Teaching Guidance Committee. Zhang Dachao conveyed the relevant requirements of professional evaluation and assessment by the Higher Education office, and made a special training lecture of the professional assessment and evaluation. Zhang Hui, vice dean of the School of Physical Education, did the technology training in the evaluation work. He explained the revision of the professional evaluation index system, and demonstrated the specific methods and procedures of the professional evaluation and assessment, and gave a detailed answer to the questions raised by the experts.
